Although all fires may look the same there are actually many types. Knowing the difference between them and selecting the correct extinguisher is essential in order to tackle a fire safely. AFF Foam
- For use on Class A and B fires

Wet Chemical
- For use on Class A, B and F fires
- Do not use on electrical hazards
Carbon Dioxide
- For use on Class A, B fires
- Can use on electrical hazards
Dry Powder
- For use on Class A, B fires
- Can use on electrical hazards
